I remember my sister asking my two brothers and me to sit by the tree while she read Christmas stories to us and made up stories about Santa. She wore glasses and I still remember seeing the Christmas lights reflect in her gasses as she told the stories. Her love and the closeness she provided is a treasure to hold in my thoughts of Christmas long ago.
